These are the best pillows I have ever received — Queen Size, and the quality is simply amazing. Good value for the outstanding quality you'll receive: extreme softness with still having just enough firmness to cradle your head without being too flat. Not overheating at all, so you won't wake up sweaty like with most pillows — these are breathable and extremely comfortable. It comes with extra filling, enough for both pillows, so even adding a little extra doesn't hurt. The pillows as they come are already perfect. I have chronic neck pain, and switching to these made a great difference, reducing my discomfort significantly since my old ones provided no real support. These are the only pillows I've found that work perfectly for me. The 100% cotton cover feels wonderful against the skin, and the piped silver edges give them a premium, hotel-quality look. Will purchase again without a doubt.
Oh my goodness — if a cloud could be a pillow, this is it! Soft, fluffy, cozy, and very cooling to sleep on. The HOMELAB body pillow is definitely well made and I can already tell it will last a long time. The bamboo pillowcase is great as well — it's cooling fabric, zips closed securely, and is big enough to get the pillow in pretty easily while still fitting snugly. The pillow is the perfect size: long enough even for tall people, and a great width for hugging against you and providing gentle support while you sleep. It's soft but not so soft that it provides no structure — it holds its shape nicely through the night. My husband has already claimed it as his, and I can see we will be ordering another one very soon. I highly recommend this pillow. It's worth every single penny!

HOMELAB pillows use shredded memory foam composed of 80% visco polyurethane foam and 20% polyester fibers. This blend provides excellent slow-rebound support while remaining soft and conforming. The standard 2-pack pillows feature a plush down-alternative microfiber fill with a 100% cotton cover.
Simply unzip the outer and inner covers of your HOMELAB adjustable pillow, then add or remove shredded foam to reach your preferred loft. Add more fill for higher, firmer support — ideal for side sleepers. Remove some fill for a softer, flatter feel — preferred by back and stomach sleepers. Repeat until you find your perfect comfort level.
Yes — all HOMELAB pillow covers and the BlueCool™ pillowcases are machine washable. Simply remove the cover, wash in cold or warm water on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or air dry. Important: the inner memory foam insert itself is not machine washable — only spot clean if necessary. The down-alternative standard pillows can be machine washed as a whole unit.
Side sleepers benefit most from the Adjustable Memory Foam Queen Pillow with a higher loft setting, or the Cooling Body Pillow (20×54") for full-body alignment. Side sleepers typically need more fill to keep the head and neck properly aligned with the spine. Our adjustable system makes it easy to find your perfect side-sleeping loft by simply adding more foam.

Yes. The memory foam used in HOMELAB pillows is CertiPUR-US certified, meaning it has been independently tested and verified to be free from ozone depleters, PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP flame retardants, mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. The standard pillow covers and pillowcases carry OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification.
With proper care, HOMELAB pillows are designed to maintain their comfort and support for 2–3 years of regular use. Because our adjustable pillows allow you to add fill over time, you can extend the pillow's useful life by topping up the foam if it begins to feel flat. Fluffing the pillow daily and air-drying regularly also helps maintain loft and freshness.

Unlike regular cotton or polyester pillowcases that simply feel neutral, BlueCool™ fabric actively conducts heat away from your skin on contact. The Q-Max rating of 0.4+ is the industry standard for measurable cooling performance. The 88% nylon and 12% spandex blend also creates a silk-like smoothness that reduces friction, helping prevent sleep creases on your face and minimizing hair frizz overnight.
Some customers notice a mild smell when first unpacking their memory foam pillow — this is completely normal and safe. It occurs because the foam is vacuum-compressed during packaging. Simply remove the pillow from its packaging and allow it to air out in a well-ventilated room for 24–48 hours before use. Washing the cover and putting it in the dryer for a few minutes can also help. The scent will dissipate naturally and quickly.
